AMERICAN POETS THAT EVERYONE SHOULD READ
This week we here at OWL Educational Services have a simple message for our blog. We of course would like to introduce our readers to a handful of American poets—writers whose verse has impacted the national and worldwide landscape. These artists have given us so much, and they deserve to be remembered.
With each poet, we will provide the titles of one or two major works, books that should be readily available at your local bookstore. We’ve also linked to Wikipedia articles for each poet, so you can read more in-depth and learn more about each poet’s life. We hope you will seek these writers out, and perhaps even memorize some of their poems.
